Very disappointing stay — cleanliness, maintenance, and advertised amenities were not as promised. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly managed. The duvet provided appeared dirty and had visible marks/stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The chair in the room was also visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant to use. The bathroom was poorly maintained as well. The towel rack was broken and the surrounding fixtures and tiling showed signs of neglect rather than the level of upkeep expected from guest accommodation. The room view was another major disappointment. Instead of a pleasant or neutral outlook, my window faced what appeared to be a dumping/storage area filled with discarded materials, old equipment, debris, and standing water. This significantly impacted the comfort and overall impression of the stay. Most concerning was that the amenities advertised did not match what was provided. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were listed as included; however, upon arrival I was told there was no breakfast and no Wi-Fi available. These are basic services that many guests rely on when choosing accommodation. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards represented online. Between the cleanliness concerns, broken fixtures, poor surroundings, and missing advertised amenities, I would not recommend this property.

Clean amd comfortable beddings, great space and facilities, wonderful and friendly staff however roads leading to this facility is not in the best of conditions. Above all its a great place to stay in this part of Accra.
